Twelve new 1,2,4- triazinone compounds 6a ~ 6L were synthesized from 5- methyl -1,3,4--diazole -2(3H)- one through four steps of alkylation, ring expansion, hydrolysis and amidation. Their structures were characterized by 1H NMR,13C NMR and MS. The preliminary biological activity test results showed that the mass of 50 g/mL
