Neoprene, also known as chloroprene rubber and Xinping rubber. Synthetic rubber produced by α-polymerization of chloroprene (2- chloro -1,3- butadiene) is widely used in weathering products, viscose soles, coatings and rocket fuels.

The storage stability of raw rubber is poor, which leads to the phenomenon of “self-sulfur”. The Mooney viscosity increases and the raw rubber hardens.
